Ford Cologne

High torque starter motor to fit the 2.6, 2.8 & 2.9 litre Ford Cologne V6 engines. These engines were fitted to the Scimitar GTE, GTC and TVR Tasmin 280 etc

Originally the Cologne starters had a 9 tooth 25mm pinion. These starters have an 11 tooth 29mm pinion, offset slightly. The net effect is an even faster cranking speed, on top of that provided by the high torque starter motor.
